MY ONE AND ONLY PREGGY PHOTO

Weng, my one hot and sexy Momma friend (yes Weng, from now on, this description of yours will stick with me after seeing your preggy photos, so daring!) :) from Austin tagged me here to post a photo of me during my pregnancy days and yay, was I hesitant.

First off, I think I don’t have anything decent to share. And second, I have that one and only photo, but it’s kinda blurry. No thanks to my quite high-risk pregnancy back then (just imagine, the Hubby turned into an instant nurse at that time, giving the meds and supplements to me intravenously for so many months, ugh!) documenting everything textually and pictorially weren’t done accordingly. Good thing, we accidentally passed by a Kodak Photo Center one time Hubby and I were at a Mall just for a quick run for some errands. Well, Hubby had his passport size IDs taken at the photo studio and the photographer insisted to take a photo of us together and that was the story of my one and only preggy photo:

Haha! That’s me approaching through my 28th - 30th week. A small belly, really. I’ve had a hard time coping with hyperemesis gravidarium, that’s why!. But good thing, we got to be photographed that time, as Nico was born really earlier than expected. More than a moth early and oh my, I was only on my 32nd week when Nico came out in this world! And see. That one and only preggy photo is truly in stark contrast with that of Weng’s. ;) How I wish I had the same guts to pose for a daring pictorial. If not for the uneasy pregnancy and the ewwwwwie stretch marks, I would have dared pose something similar with Weng’s, errr, baka nga mas daring pa! Joke! :)

Thanks for this tag, Weng. I had a good trip down memory lane remembering the times when Nico was still in my belly. I terribly missed the feeling. :(

Ok. So much for the sentimental thoughts. Maybe, I’ll appease myself later looking at promotional pens. ;) To keep the tag going, I’m tagging my friends whose bellies are currently growing because they are on the family way—Christianne, Amore, Mhalou, Thet, and Analyse. Come on beautiful Mommies, show off those growing bellies!

    That’s a lovely photo while you were pregnant. It’s a great keepsake. I had a delicate pregnancy that’s why I didn’t have any decent photo while I was carrying Yohan.

    hi feng, your tummy is little considering the week you’re in. wait till you see mine…it’s huge that’s why i had difficulty losing some weight. :neutral:

    hehe, one and only ba? i have my pix taken every month. and yes, maliit ka ngang magbuntis, im on my 30th and I’m double your size!

    i won’t be writing an entry on this tho, as i post my preggy pix at louna’s blog every month. the last one is on my 6th month. and yes, a bit daring too..

      hi Analyse. nag-iisa lang yan at wala ng iba pa! wala pa kasi sa vocabulary ko noon ang digicam. nawindang yata dahil sa pagwawala ng hormones. heehee.

      I’ve seen those preggy photos, and grabe din talaga, so daring! sana magka guts din ako mag pose ng ganun!

    If I may say so, you look glowing in that photo. I’ll bet someone guessed you were carrying a girl. Di ba ganun pag glowing sabihin nila girl yung baby? :smile: :grin:

      hi Weng! eh kasi naman, super true. kakainggit ang mga preggy pics mo. nung makita ko nga, parang nasabi ko sa sarili ko: sana pwedeng rewind ng buntis moments. haha! oh well, pwede pa naman sa 2nd.

      hindi pa rin ulit ako nakakabisita sa yo. busy kasi sa kakak-plurk eh. haha! dadalaw ako dun, promise!
