LOVIN’ THE GREENS AT LA MESA ECOPARK
09 March 2008 — On weekends, we usually troop the Mall as a way to have a good break from the busy week that had passed. That is, if laziness didn’t kicked in or else we just stay at home. 
It’s been the most convenient means of relaxation since aside from the many choices of places to eat out, the Mall also offers a place to attend the Sunday service, pay important utility bills, and of course, shop. It’s like a one-stop shop that have almost everything (sabi nga ng SM: We’ve got it all for you!), thus we need not go from one place to another.
On some weekends though, we opt to go to other places than the Malls. As Hubby had put it once, “para naman, ma miss natin ang Malls kahit konti”. And that’s what exactly happened yesterday.
After hearing the Mass at the small chapel within our subdivision, we thought of going through a sort of little nature tripping in a Park not so far from the metropolis–the La Mesa Ecopark. We spent over one good hour before we reached the place since we live central east of Metro Manila, but the wait was all worth it. Loving nature and all its greens to the fullest!
