HOW NICO LEARNED HIS ABC AND 123 PART 2
Merry Christmas! Like me and my family, may all of you my dear friends had a meaningful celebration of our Savior’s Birthday…
Hmmm, the much-awaited time of the year already passed us by just like that! But the last few days were still quite hectic for most of us as we haven’t stopped lingering the celebration of the Yuletide Season. It is for this reason that my writing re: my family’s very own tale on how we spent Christmas and New Year 2006 will be posted probably by 2nd of January 2007 (the earliest, I hope).
In the meantime that I am progressing on that entry, here’s another Video Montage of Nico’s Milestones (How Nico Learned His ABC and 123 - Part II), which I almost forgot to post, stored in my draft lists for almost a month na rin pala. The video shows how Nico mastered the names of the letters when we point on them, how he’s now able to find letters in words by name and, how Nico is now able to associate some of the letters with sounds they make in words.

NOTES RE: THE VIDEO
Nico pronounces the letters L, M and N as M, pasensya na po medyo bulol pa (though we find it cute, babytalk kasi, hehehe)! Eto pa yung ibang mga na recall ko sa video na medyo bulol ang pagka pronounce, pasensya na po:
100 - wanhunren (one hundred)
E - Etipant (Elephant)
U - Uyela (Umbrella)
X - Xytititiphone (Xylophone)
Z - Zeebwa (Zebra)
Pardon too for the unavoidable noises of the puto vendor’s torotot and the tricycles running in the street (first few parts of the video). Much as I want to record the audio more audibly, circumstances did not permit it.

he’ a genius,,very smart!!! ang galing,,c parise kz nag start cia when she was 16 mos. 1st letter nya O,,then i realized n madali sya mk tanda,, so i started to teach her n all letters,,by now she knows A-Z,,alam mo nman ako cuz,,ttamad-tamad,,cguro kung kgaya mo ako,,bk mas marami p alam ni papiz,,she knows shapes,,colors, alittle bit red& blue. i will film her too,,,lagay ko rin sa blog ni vj….nways,,it was nice viewing it..wala ako ma say kay nico….inagt and God Bless ur family!
tsaka pla,,she knows numbers 2 & 9 p lang.. she’ll be 2 august 8…
